Returns
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of pet food products, opened items cannot be returned.
Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
